This three-year program aims to improve the education of community nurses by providing comprehensive training for 90 community nursing managers. The strategy involves a “train-the-trainer model” of strengthening the education of faculty in provincial schools to improve teaching of community nursing and also working with provincial government to train leaders in community nursing who can then help improve the overall quality of care in community settings.
