The three-year grant budgeted at $173,400 supports two training workshops that will bring together liaison officers of CMB’s grantee schools and CMB staff to work together for improving CMB’s work in China. The workshops would promote networking and strengthen collaboration across CMB-supported medical universities. Two workshops in 2013 and 2015 will bring CMB liaison officers up to date on CMB programs and procedures and it will also offer an opportunity to link to our collegial universities our evolving CMB centennial activities, for example in compilation of CMB fellows or assembling materials for CMB video filming.
