This 28-month grant provides flexible start-up funds for PUMC’s new School of Public Health.  The PUMC-SPH will be led by Dr. LIU Yuanli. PUMC-SPH’s mission is to advance people’s health through creation, dissemination, and translation of knowledge by scientific discovery, educating and supporting current and future leaders in research, policy and practice. In the initial years, the SPH plans to establish its governance structure, sort out physical facilities, craft its research agenda, develop an innovative curriculum, and recruit world-class faculty and students.
