This workshop trained researchers from the 8 CMB Nursing Network schools to analyze the data related to the Network's national study on the hospital nursing workforce and quality of care in China. The workshop, hosted by Fudan University, involved Prof. Linda Aiken and colleagues from the University of Pennsylvania, who led the training program for the 24 participating nurses.
