This Project aims to establish a new Center for Health Systems Research in Hanoi Medical University in Vietnam. The objective is to strengthen research for generating a evidence base that will help Vietnam achieve universal health coverage through improved health systems reform. Grant funds would enable the Center to formally establish itself as an institutional entity, build its young faculty, network amongst Vietnamese scholars and policy-makers, disseminate research findings, and monitor and evaluate progress.
