This project from the Shandong School of Public Health aims to strengthen its capacity in health systems and policies studies and promote its collaboration in joint research on key issues with the medical universities in two provinces of Western China - Ningxia and Guizhou.  The project supports capacity development in Shandong through advanced training of junior faculty and capacity development in Western China through collaborative research in health financing, human resources, and MCH service delivery.  Support is provided to encourage in-China collaboration and international technical exchanges.
