Kim Cruz is the Communications and Knowledge & Learning Manager for the Equity Initiative. He plans and implements EI’s communication strategy, which includes oversight over social media, the e-newsletter and the EI website. Previously, Kim worked for World Vision Thailand for 6 years with a range of roles from Community Development Coordinator, Program Information Management Manager, and Learning Research and Innovation Manager. Kim spent most of his childhood in Cambodia and Laos, is Filipino by birth, and graduated from the Australian National University with a bachelor’s degree in development majoring in development and anthropology.
