Kim Cruz is the communications manager for The Equity Initiative and plans and implements EI’s communication strategy. Kim has worked in the development field in Thailand for over a decade, which includes time at World Vision Thailand with roles ranging from community development, program information systems, and learning, research and innovation. Kim spent his childhood in Cambodia and Laos, is Filipino by birth, and graduated from the Australian National University with a bachelor’s degree in development studies and anthropology.
